You can have a name and, if desired, a phone number engraved on the medal. Please email us the information you'd like engraved after placing your order. This way, we'll ensure your medal is completely accurate.
The tag is made of metal and comes with a ring to attach to the collar. It pairs well with our leather dog collars.

Shipping within the Netherlands
All orders above €75 are shipped for free within the Netherlands! All orders below €75 are shipped for €4.95. The delivery time of your order is 1-2 business days.
Shipping to Belgium
All orders above €120 are shipped for free to Belgium. All orders below €120 are shipped for €8.95. The delivery time of your order is 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Germany
All orders over €120 are shipped for free to Germany. All orders under €90 are shipped for €8.95. The delivery time of your order is 2-3 business days.
Ordered before 2pm = shipped the same day
All orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Returns within 30 days of receipt

At Happy Colour Design, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer rights legislation.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@happycolourdesign.com.
- After your return request is approved, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exceptions:
- Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
